Summer Thindown
I am so excited for the next 8 weeks!! It's going tough but in the end, it will be all worth it. I promise. I will be right here beside you the wgap time!! If you need anyleang you can always reach out.This ccorridorenge is for anyone for wants to get alert for the summer. Some will be bodyweight exercises and some you'll need free weights but you can always do with resistance bands.
Each week will be 2 rest or active rest days, 2 cardio workouts, and 3 total body workouts.
Each Sunday (starting tomorrow) I will post the workouts on here and each day I will post on all my social media account. Also, use the #fgsummerslenderdown.
